You can call Tenzen your home for a minimum of three months. Of course, we'd love it if you'd stay longer!

Application Fees
$40 per adult
Security Deposit
Tenzen has a $500 security deposit. $250 of this fee is non-refundable.
Pets
Four-legged friends are welcome at Tenzen!
The Tenzen pet deposit is $500. Again, $250 of this deposit is non-refundable. The balance will be returned when we ensure that Kitty didn't use the doors as scratching posts.
Up to two pets are allowed per home (example: two dogs or two cats, or if you are brave, one dog and one cat). There is an additional $250 deposit if you have a second pet.
While we don't have a weight restriction on dogs, we're sorry, but we do have some breed restrictions. Not all residents are comfortable with some breeds of dogs and we want to be respectful of that. Please ask the property manager to see the list.
